Rewards not counting up

I feel that i have got tons of acheivements, renewed my gold so many times, and have bought tons of gift cards and my points aren't showing up

Mortal Kombat XL is not a part of the Rewards Story offer. Your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not correctly applied to chapter two of that offer, and we will adjust that purchase for you. You should see the change shortly. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was
not within the offer period and therefore did not qualify for this offer. For A Rewards Story, you must complete each portion of the offer in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Since you have not completed each chapter, you are not yet
eligible for Rewards. There were no specific offers for Suicide Squad. It is a part of chapter two for A Rewards Story, but your purchase of Titanfall 2 will complete that chapter.

Rewards not counting

I had a question I purchased and completed the stories in mortal Kombat XL Titanfall 2 and battlefield 1 during the December VIP mission for 15000 points and none of it counted as well I purchased suicide squad during its VIP mission and it never counted
either

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either need to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Achievements
will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer (like the current Obsessious offer).

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. There are no offers to receive credits for purchasing gift cards.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

We do not award Achievements as part of a special offer, nor do we award Gold Renewals or gift card purchases. Additionally, you are not even a Xbox Live Rewards member, and therefore are not eligible for any Rewards Credits.

I am having the same issue, I talked to support and they just told me to come here. Hopefully it will still count and the reward will show up.
