Rewards not converted and paid in since July this year

I have 18,800 Credits which should have been converted to cash. Please can you rectify this. Thanks

20/10/16 - FREEdom Rewards – Free Pass (2,000 Rewards Credits) - 2,000 Credits
30/09/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 4 (Gold) - 14,400 Credits 31/08/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 4 (Gold) - 800 Credits
31/07/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 4 (Gold) - 1,600 Credits

Microsoft Account Currency Expiration date

Was in the Beta for the latest dashboard update. On commerce.microsoft.com

it states that my points that were converted to currency will expire in July

2014. The FAQ for converted pints say these points shouldn't expire until

July 2015. These are not reward points, the entire balance was converted

from points to local currency.

Posted this in the beta forums and no one ever responded.

September payback was delayed due to an issue with MyVIP. So while the date listed is September 30th, it was only placed as pending on October 17th. You should receive those Credits in the end of month deposit occurring soon.

However, Credit events generally require one deposit cycle to process, so your most recent Credit event will not be deposited until the mid month deposit next month.

So for this year I will not need to worry about any need to pay for anything since it says next charge will be on july 2021 and now I have ultimate for a year since it converted with my gold date

And can I also buy a gold again next year and then ultimate to do the same thing or would that not work??

E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

1. Program Limit: The maximum number of Rewards Credits a participant can earn in a Program Year (July 1 to June 30) is 500,000.

Since your Credit amount last program year (July 2016 - June 2017) was above this amount, you were not earning Credits recently. Since the program year just refreshed, you should start seeing Credits again for your purchases.

You’ll have until July 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and
can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point. All referral offers have been disabled since May. Your last February Referral was not completed
in time, and expired 10 days after being sent.
