    Hi,

    Would you mind to check the GoW4 Ultimate ? I did the preorder, I remember the 15k credits supposed to be considered (credit) but that didn't happen.... do you know why ?

    Gears of War 4 Ultimate preorder points missing

    Hello,

    I preordered Gears 4 way before the reward offer was up (30/07/2016) but it was written that those preorder were going to be considered.

    I still haven't see these 10000 points for the ultimate edition I got.

    Could you check, please?

    Hi,

    I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition last month (preorder). There is a promotion for 15K rewards points if preordered. I never received these points in my account.

    Support will double check, but keep in mind that in order to receive the 15,000 credits, the game had to be preordered as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com. If you preordered it digitally, it would not have been eligible for that offer. However, there
    was an offer if you preordered digitally by September 30 and you would receive either 5,000 credits for the Standard version or 10,00 credits for the Ultimate.

    We do not see any purchase of Gears of War 4 on your account. Keep in mind that we only Reward purchases made from the Xbox Store. While we used to have an offer that awarded pre-orders from the Microsoft Store, the only purchase we were able to see in that
    time frame was a purchase of ReCore. Furthermore, while reviewing your account, we see that you are a US Rewards member. Please note that we can only Reward your purchases made in USD; purchases made in other regional currencies will not be eligible.

    Gears of War Ultimate Edition Promotion

    Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
    receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).

    I just preordered Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition, And saw I would get the whole gears of war collection, How come? can anyone help me out please, cause one of the main reasons I preordered it was because of getting the older games aswell!
