Rewards not cnverted as they should be

I have 15000 rewards available but only 5000 have been deposited.I was waiting for the 30th for my rewards to be deposited as currency so I could purchase FAR CRY 5 .PLEASE HELP I REALLY WANT TO BUY THIS GAMES GOLD EDITION BUT REFUSE TO UNLESS THIS IS SORTED
OUT.

Downloads aren't as fast as they should be

I recently got fibre and get 250mbps on all devices. However, when I try to download things on my Xbox it only downloads at 30-60mbps. It's a wired connection. and I've tried various things to fix it but nothing will work.

No they should be giving rewards to gold subscribers as they pay for xbl and xbl is not worth paying for so they should give people a good reason to pay for it.

You should get gems for your birthday. You should see a notification on the My Rewards section of the Rewards site when they are available to you.

IMO, the reward is the achievements. That is all that it should be. Why be rewarded twice for the same thing.
