I just received an email stating that I would get 15,000 points for every pre-order game that I purchased on demand games I purchase and pre-order Titanfall 2 and did not receive my 15000 points. Also I have a 11500. Over my lifetime Xbox Rewards live program
that I do not know how to redeem

Rewards not added

hello i purchased ghost recon wildlands and received rewards from one mission but i DID NOT receive rewards from the mission "One step closer" for spending $60 before taxes and would place me at 3 star rank, which was an additional 6k that wasnt added.

Since the "One Step Closer" offer took place in February, before Ghost Recons was released, your purchase would have been a preorder and preorders are not eligible for VIP.

Hello Allemando711,

That email offer is only for physical disc purchases off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since you made a digital purchase, it was not eligible for that offer. There is the Games on Demand offer for digital purchases, but your purchase was made before
the offer, and therefore not eligible for that offer.

Lifetime Credits include already deposited Credits into your account. They will appear as refunds with negative amounts (since we are adding funds and not removing them) on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

There is a wait time for the rewards to be added. Check the rewards website to see if they've been added or post in the rewards section of the forums for further assistance.

Hello roberts666,

The VIP boost to the extra star was an offer that ran in February. Since your purchase was in March, it did not qualify. Your Ghost Recon purchase only qualifies for the Simply Rewarding offer, which is currently running.

If you preordered on or after October 1, it would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits. There were no offers for just that game.
