    Rewards not added to usable funds


    it shows that deposit was done on 10/25/17 for $18.05 I have contacted support but keep getting same run around and told that I only received $0.58 of it to usable funds and they can't find why only that amount was. This happened during the maintenance performed
    last, or was said as a messaged on the site page when I looked that day thatwas taking place. This has happened multiple times during deposits. I have tried to get this resolved for over a week now with no resolution, please someone get this fixed for me quickly.

    Rewards not added to my account

    it shows that all my rewards (18,050) was added to my Microsoft account on 10-25-17. When I look on my account it shows that it was but the amount has not been added to the total available funds on my account. This exact thing has
    happened multiple times now and it has always been when it's a large amount of rewards. I have not made any purchases, except a $5 purchase which was with a existing $5 available funds already on my account. I need this looked into cause this is what I use
    toward game purchases when they are cashed in..

    I wish that there would be a option added to only get rewards when you request them and not a automatic deposit system.

    I got refunded for a game that I paid for in Xbox Rewards deposit and the refund was not paid

    Also, refunds usually show up as a negative balance. So if it says you received a deposit of "Xbox Live Rewards Deposit: $-53.80" that means they credited your account and added those funds (it's counter intuitive as you feel the funds are ADDED "+").

    However, as Smwutches said once the credits are deposited it is an issue with Xbox Billing and you need to continue to pressure them.

    To clarify, if you added funds from a gift card it usually doesn't expire. But funds added through promotions or the Microsoft rewards program do expire. Expiration dates would be given in the terms of the offer.

    Since we are adding and not removing funds to your Microsoft Account, Rewards deposits will appear as a refund with a negative amount.

    Double check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows the funds being added to your account. If not, check your order history on the redemption page of the rewards site. It will either give the options to resend the funds or a code to redeem. If it doesn't, then you'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

    They typically are. And actually with the rewards program the funds are automatically deposited into your account for use. So all you have to for is redeem your points form Microsoft Rewards and wait for them to be added. I forgot they went to direct
    deposit.
