Rewards not added to account

I did all my redeeming a couple weeks back. Gems,Surveys,ETC

It is past the 15th and my rewards have not been deposited into my microsoft account.

We see that the jontalope gamertag still is associated with your "old" email. This account (FlaredCrib198) was the one created for your the email you claim is associated with the jontalope gamertag. Therefore, your Rewards emails with your recent Credit
gains are being sent to your "old" email.

We can confirm that your deposit was placed into your Microsoft Account. We confirmed that this was expected and recorded on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page, and the deposit as currency should be visible for review on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. However, we have also confirmed that the funds appear to be missing from your balance now, despite not making any purchases with your Microsoft Account as the payment method (as you mention, there
is a 3.99 purchase, but that is made via a separate token). Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited, we have no control over them, and cannot manipulate user's commerce/billing in any way. We will escalate this case internally, but you may find more suitable
assistance for this issue with Xbox billing support at (Contact Us | Xbox Support). We apologize for the inconvenience.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can also see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page. Please note that due to the large volume of deposits,
your deposit will occur around the 15th, including up to a few days before or after that date.
