Rewards no longer tracking

Hi, i still get the occasional deposit of credit, however when i use the rewards page it has stopped logging anything I've accumulated. All month it will stay at zero, no matter how many digital purchases I make. This always used to work and its only in
the last month or so its stopped. I contacted xbox support on twitter and they directed me here, but this is the second time i've had to post since i got no reply last time.

What happened to full kinect calibration/setup

Folks with the NXOE skeletal tracking was removed so there is no need to setup those items as its no longer supported.

Even all the new controllers are made without the tracking so its now gone for good.

Who misses seeing there Halo 3 stats on bungie.net?

Bob, I think he means that they no longer update as of March last year, and there is no in-depth tracking available on halowaypoint.com. I really do miss stats tracking, it was just one of my obsessions to see how I did.

I've been in the same boat but have finally received an answer- though I did not like it... hopefully your not in the exact same boat as mine gloomcookie666.

I ended up asking "why is My Vip Star Rank not updating" twice because I could not find my original question on the forum after posting, in my view the very reason why forum support is not enough for issues related to sales like this.

Anyway, long story short this is their response;

"in-game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, like Defiance Bits, Elder Scrolls Online Crowns, Star Trek Online Zen, etc."

... there's also other criteria that exclude the money you spend on Xbox Live such as Pre orders and certain other purchases.

My personal Vip Star Rank is logged at under 1 star, yet I have spent enough to be 5 star- (just not under what they wanted me to spend it on) I thought what I was purchasing on Xbox Live was counting towards money back.... guess that's taught me to always
read the fine print before. This experience has made me feel cheated but taught me well, I wont be spending on Xbox Live again.

I hope your issue is not the same as this gloomcookie, just thought you should know.

I would give it a little bit longer, but either way they wont reward you the points until the time frame is over with on Jan 7 2016... So when you go to track my rewards on the rewards site Halo is not lit up as being owned??

It's likely just taking a bit of time to process. Use this guide to track your Rewards orders:

Make sure you're checking the same email that is associated with your Rewards account, and to check the spam folder just in case.

I suggest waiting a bit longer to receive a response to your Rewards Support request. If you don't hear back in the next 24 hours, you can submit another request using this link:

We have reviewed your purchases and confirmed that your ending MyVIP progress for the previous year is correct. A required spending of $300 over the course of September 2015 - December 2016 is required for the first MyVIP star. Only two of your purchases,
your pre-order's in August and December, were not counted toward MyVIP. Pre-orders, game consumables and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. It sounds like your son may be spending more than you are. We do not see any TV or Movie spending for your account,
and Xbox Live Gold renewals do not award credits as of July 2014.
