    I've been a member of the rewards program for 2 years and have never seen any credits ever and I pre order games and all that I'm an active player who can I contact to fix this

    I've had full power board so many times .but never seen ant rewards.

    Missing rewards points since 2015

    Ive been a Rewards member since 03/29/2015 and now I have 22000 Gamerscore and have never seen any rewards points or anything.

    Hello JewishHealer439,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    did not Recieve xbox game pass after completing rewards tasks

    That's a really strange way of distributing the reward, I've never seen them give rewards out that way before. Thanks for the Heads up.

    **UPDATED** One Year Xbox Live Gold Membership by redeeming Microsoft Reward Points

    They only offer those good deals and rewards in the US. I've never seen that available.

    there is a point bonus with level to Bing rewards, but there are no standard discounts, I've never seen a discount on physical items

    Do you have standard Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Standard Game Pass doesn't include Gold so you wouldn't be able to play online with only that .
