Those are not eligible purchases for that offer. If you click on the offer on the MyMissions page, it will take you to that offer's page (https://rewards.xbox.com/gotta-get-em-all/) which will show
you which movie purchases are eligible for that offer.

From our FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed every chapter in the Rewards Story, your 15,000 Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Those Credits are now pending in your account. All information requires up to 96 hours to be processed, which is why your December survey Credits are now pending.

For Gotta Get 'Em All, bundles/collections are not eligible for the offer. Since your purchase was a collection of movies and not each separate movie, it was not eligible for that offer.

Thank you for the explanation, I thought I will receive credit reward for every games I bought.. (That is my bad)

I got thor ragnarok, batman ninja and spiderman homecoming to fufill 30$ promo. Planning to buy black panther and something else to fufill the 25$ promo. But the first 3 movies are being tied to the 25$ promo

Thanks for the update! Also completed the Must Watch mission since I posted my message (Despicable Me UHD and Beauty and the Beast) so hoping the issue gets sorted.
