rewards money not in account

Discus and support rewards money not in account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; my money still has not been put into my account 09/30/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 5 (Gold) - 20,000 Credits this should of been into my account on 10-15-16...     my money still has not been put into my account 09/30/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 5 (Gold) - 20,000 Credits this should of been into my account on 10-15-16

    Arbitrary Credit/Charge

    They're money being deposited into your account from the Rewards program, not actual charges. So you are getting money back.

    Rewards credits not deposited into Xbox account

    On May 7th I had 10,250 credits in my Xbox Rewards account thinking it would be deposited into my Xbox Account as money on the 15th per usual. It has not happened yet, and with Xbox Rewards ending soon, I want to make sure the credits get deposited as money
    into my account before Xbox rewards ends and becomes Microsoft Rewards.

    Because of some tracking issues, September rebates were actually given later than usual this month (after the 15th but rebates are always listed with the last date of the month they are for), so they were not pending in time for the first deposit of this
    month.

    Unfortunately the rewards do expire I believe. Just for future reference, if you use your points to purchase money for your account that money will expire in 3 months or something like that.
    That's for the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program.
