    First off I think the program is great. But I have been a member since 2010 and am still at beginner status while doing monthly surveys ( now and again ) and getting rewarded for those I did. As I soon noticed when I actually purchased content on xbox live
    I was not being rewarded for it. I tried to get the issue figured out but from 2010-2011 there was no luck. I gave up. Still a loyal xbox consumer. Hopefully this go around the tides turn in my favor.

    i have never received any rewards in 6 years

    What happened to my vip status?

    I was getting 10% back through xbox rewards but it shows now I'm a beginner vip but i have been a member since 2013 and i spend over 200$ every month. This is the first time i have been on the xbox rewards page in a while i was letting my points build up
    but now it shows i haven’t even been getting any rewards at all. It had me down for 10% rewards a year ago but now its says I'm a beginner vip and get 0% back.

    Beginner status is related to your VIP status (or star levels). Star levels are based on how much you spend on the marketplace each year. You can see how much you need to spend for each level at
    http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions

    In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
