Rewards isn’t right

I have been a member for a long time, followed the missions yet I haven’t earned any punches, or points. I don’t understand. can buy from my Xbox and still get rewarded? Plus I have had gold for longer than he 6 months, yet still haven’t got rewarded for
that. Pls send your reply to my alternate email.

Unfortunately if a case review is no longer eligible, there is nothing else you can do. Support, the forums, and the information you received about your suspension should have pointed you to the enforcement site originally. Unfortunately support is known
for giving incorrect information regarding anything they don't handle directly.

 

This isn’t right.

About a year ago my account was suspended for account tampering. I contacted support and they didn’t know how to deal with my situation so they told me to request support on the forums. On the forums the person who said “The only way to undo the penalties
is to create a nes account.” 2 months later I find out from YouTube that I can make an appeal. I contacted support again but this time the agent gave me a link to the enforcement page. I then found out I can only make a appeal during my suspension period which
by then ended 2 months ago and was too late. I feel like I at least deserve a chance to make a appeal and here’s why.

1. This is an inconvenience on Microsofts part because no one told me about the enforcement page and about making a appeal. I found aout about making a appeal throur YouTube and not Microsoft themselves and YouTube isn’t even a Microsoft asset. Had I known
about the enforcement page and making a appeal I would have done so but I found out when it was too late because no one in support had the slightest knowledge on how to help me in my situation and was misled by someone on the forums.

2. Even if I did know about making a appeal I couldn’t anyway because at that time I had no pc or mobile devices. The only device I had that could connect to the internet was my Xbox but since my account was suspended I couldn’t use the internet. Since appeals
can only be made during an active enforcement action meaning my suspension and the only time I can access the internet is after my suspension is over than I couldn’t make an appeal because my active enforcement action is over. The only way I was able to contact
support was by using my moms phone.

3. I learned from this much harder than what most others would. Since I live in a apartment complex with the only person closest to my age being 7 years younger than me I had no one to hang out with. I l actually live outside my schools range and because
of that all my actual friends live far away. I have no transportation of my own and there is no public transportation in my area so I couldn’t go out and do stuff or see my friends. There are no parks or anything similar in my area. Since I had no pc or mobile
devices I had no other form of entertainment. I was stuck at home miserable doing nothing.

4. Since I have lived a year under this penalty I realize it’s true effects and I don’t like them. I have learned from my mistake and I made a promise to change and never do it again. I don’t like living with this penalty.

For these reasons and especially reason 1 I feel like I at least deserve a chance.

Since the program is tied to your account, it does not matter if you make purchases through the website or through the console.

The offer to receive gems for keeping gold started on October 1 so it hasn't been a full 6 months yet. You should receive the gems after this month ends.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Additionally, Gems and the Gold MyChallenge only started in October. We cannot award Gems for activity done before they existed.
