Rewards is a joke

so preorders don't count as spending money in store towards your my vip. Then I'll cancel all my preorders and buy elsewhere. This whole program is a joke and so is the support. Maybe one day they will just cut their losses. Get some player friendly programs
and support staff.

M$ rewards is a Joke, Xbox live rewards is a Joke!

M$ rewards is a Joke, even the cable guy came today to check internet problem and we were taking about xbox live, he said he never could get his credits deposited 2 his M$ account, so he stopped even subscribing 2 his xbox gold subscription long ago.

I spent hours on the phone, emails, forum post, tweets and it been like a year and a half and I still cant get mine. I barely spend any money for game now, went to a ps 4, Cause M$ a joke. any dam company who cant fix this or even tell U what the
problem is need to close down and get a company that can do the job right!

I even used Bing rewards 2 get a 3 month xbox live gold for the grand kid and cant even get that to work.

In think that's why PS get more customer and sells more game devices cause they at least fix problem with M$ just hope we go away cause your services R a Joke!

Hard to disagree. I have 82,000 points backed up and haven't had a deposit in 18 months. No one at MS seems to care whatsoever.

 

And obviously by this forum everyone else thinks same way.

 

Pre-orders constantly count toward their own promotions. If they permitted pre-orders as part of MyVip people could abuse that and purchase/cancel items which would just cause a whole new set of issues.

If you don't like that pre-orders don't qualify (which is fair), the simple solution is to wait until it launches and it will qualify.

 

That's is wrong cause u just don't reward my vip till it releases and payment is finalized. It just way for them to screw us over and get over on the most loyal fans. The one who preorder. This whole program should be shut down for incompetence.

 

fair it's not fair u either like getting taken advantage of or you're in on the scam. If that was case with pre-orders why do I still get the 2% back for then it just doesn't increase the rank. The excuse u used is dumb and makes no sense. U just reward rank
after release or when card is officially charged. Probelm solved and your weak excuse is a joke and worthless. Keep buying in to stupid excuses. I can call and get refund from any game so with logic I can just do that all the time to increase rank.
