Rewards Hunters missing rewards

on 6/12 I purchased LEGO Indiana Jones and the avatar items
Tomb Raider Axe Prop (unisex) and
Castlevania Whip. On the same day I earned five achievements for LEGO Indy. I've received credit for the game and the achievements, but not the Avatar items. This also means the Treasure Found! reward has not popped. The two avatar items total over $5.00
(1.99+3.99=5.98 before taxes).

Missing Rewards Credits for "Rewards Hunters" "Prepare for your Journey"

Hello,

I've purchased at the beginning of last week two items for "Prepare for your Journey" as part of the "Rewards Hunters" Mission. While all the others reward credits have been assigned, those are missing.

Could you please help?

I received Rewards Credits for Rewards Hunters Level 2 in June, not History of Rewards Level 2 in July. Check my purchase history, two different offers and two different purchases.

Apologies for the inconvenience. You are not required to complete the first part of the offer (purchase games, etc.) to take part in level 2 (avatar purchases). We have determined an issue properly detecting your avatar purchases, and have resolved the problem.
You should see the Rewards shortly.
