Rewards Hunters issue

Research The Legends is showing correctly (I have all 5 icons active) but Prepare for your Journey is blank, despite me buying more than the required amount on eligable avatar items the same day as completing the previous reward.

Also i got 5 achievements in a game I purchased (LEGO Indiana Jones) but none of them are active on the rewards site.

I received Rewards Credits for Rewards Hunters Level 2 in June, not History of Rewards Level 2 in July. Check my purchase history, two different offers and two different purchases.

Rewards Hunters missing rewards

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that there is currently an issue with that portion of the offer that is preventing completion for some users. We are currently working on correcting this problem. You should see the Credits appear by the
end of next week, at the latest.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently in the process of resolving an issue recognizing some avatar purchases appropriately. While our platform team works on this issue, we will adjust your purchases manually. You should see this Credit event
pop up on your MyRewards page within the next few days.

However, regarding your achievements issue, we do not see any achievements yet for this title. Keep in mind that it can take us up to 96 hours to receive and then process new information for Rewarding, so if you have just recently earned these achievements,
they have not reached us yet.

Apologies for the inconvenience. You are not required to complete the first part of the offer (purchase games, etc.) to take part in level 2 (avatar purchases). We have determined an issue properly detecting your avatar purchases, and have resolved the problem.
You should see the Rewards shortly.
