    Went onto my rewards account today and found all my history and pending reward points gone after just spending ££ on over priced digital games to get 6000 reward points

    Gamertag -

    Now says member since ??? And when you view dashboard it say setting up new account and will be ready in 2 days or something like that

    microsoft rewards points lost

    I lost most of my Microsoft rewards points I had 64,000 points now I only have 1,115 points and it is not in my history the support staff said that you would help me

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. To be clear,
    this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All your data on our servers was unaffected.

    did you sign in with a different epic account, as all skins and ingame progress is held on the epic account not the xbox live account.
