    I have not had a rewards deposit since around June or July of 2015. I currently have 72,200 reward credits waiting to be deposited. When I go to the rewards site, it tells me my account needs attention. I have verified all my info many many times and it
    is all correct. There is never a problem with my information when I buy something and money needs to be taken from me, but every time I should have money given, there is a problem. Please fix this, don't tell me to verify my information, I have. I have made
    several posts regarding this issue and am told it will be resolved, well it hasn't been. I am getting tired of seeing my rewards total increase and NEVER getting them. Over a year is long enough, please fix this NOW. Thank you.

    My pending reward credits

    I am looking at my account and I have over 3000 reward credits that have been pending since the beginning of the year. they are for my vip star rank 2 (Gold). can I ask why theses haven't been deposited in my rewards. apparently they have been pending since

    I know that I have purchased quite a few things via LIVE, but no deposits have been made for quite some time. Can someone please look into this.?

    Unfortunately, we have still not received a resolution from our other team tasked with resolving this issue. I cannot see any past posts for this gamertag, so I'm not sure of how up to date you are with the error, so I may repeat some information you already
    know. Currently your deposit cannot complete due to an error with how our database is sending information. What is occurring is that your billable account information is being sent without one of your billable accounts being tagged as the intended account
    for the deposit. When our deposit process accesses your information and does not receive instructions on where the deposit is intended to be placed, it aborts rather than deposit into an unspecified account. This is also what is causing our system to ask you
    to verify your information. Since your billable account information is being reported as blank to our deposit process, it assumes that is because the user has not input this information. To be clear, this is not due to your input and is most likely due to
    this error. Since this is a issue with the database, we cannot resolve this problem with our support tools and must rely on a more specialized team to provide assistance. As mentioned, at this time we have not yet received their solution for this issue. In
    the meanwhile, we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account in the hopes that it successfully forces a deposit. Apologies for the inconvenience that this error is causing.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
    to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    It looks like you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer last month (6000 Credits for $60 in purchases). This caused your purchases to go towards this offer, and not MyVIP payback, since purchases can only be awarded once. This is outlined in our
    FAQ:

    What type of Rewards can I earn?

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you did not complete that offer, it did not award Credits from completion. If you are curious about your MyVIP payback for purchases made in April, since we calculate payback as a monthly whole, those Credits are not awarded until around the middle
    of the following month. This is outlined on the FAQ as the folllowing:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you haven't gotten to 5,000 yet, they haven't automatically
    been scheduled for deposit. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
