Rewards has stopped recognising my Gold membership

Hi Heathen Baboon. We do see you as Gold in the program and you qualify for all Gold-related offers and benefits. Since it renewed on the 11th, our system did not get that information until now.

Hi Ukevin33 i know this problem as i had it recently basically if you have a trial on at the moment such as 1 day or 2 week trial and you redeem your gold membership for a few days or however long the trial is on it will recognise that you are not gold so
i suggest waiting for a couple of days and it should be back on. hope it works out as a fellow rewards member that has had this problem :3

In order to get the credits, your current membership has to expire and the new membership will have to roll through. Then, you will receive the credits.

From the Rewards Page:

"Renewing your Gold membership, whether on Xbox One or Xbox 360, is a quick and easy way to earn up to 3,000 Rewards Credits. You'll earn Credits each time you renew your Gold membership, and if you sign up for a 12-month Gold membership, you'll get
all your Rewards Credits at once. Please note, you will receive your Credits once your current Gold membership ends and your new Gold membership kicks in."

You are going to need to call phone support for this one.

As a precaution, if you submit payment with a credit card there will be a forced automatic renewal option. Although some sources say you can remove this online - that feature is broken and the only current way to remove this is by calling their support at:

If you opt not to cancel the auto-renew, by the time you see the charge on your bank account it may be too late to request a refund. (For myself it wasn't charged until 30 days after the 'billing date')
