    So u want me to name every purchase and offer dating back to January...? No thanks. This conversation will end in a console ban and me with 0 rewards. I'm quite familiar with how this story ends. I don't deal with being fornicated very well.

    You don't have to list every purchase or anything, support will still check into your account, but if you remember any specific offers it helps them check for you.

    The content that's show in the picture you posted wouldn't have been eligible for any offers which is why you didn't receive credits for those. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, your purchase of NBA 2k17 would have been part of your VIP rebate for November.
    In-game consumables (NBA and Rainbow Six credits) are not eligible for credits unless there is a specific offer for them.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebate

    Nevermind, i'm not about to go thru this all the way back to last January and have u giving me a headache, because I already know how this story goes. U say sorry, too bad. Then I say alot of explicit content and afterwards i've got a ban and still no "rewards"
