Rewards, game pass quests and not being able to contact support.

So i am now getting fed up with punch cards not activating, quests not registering achievements or kills and the likes. Also offering points to buy games that are on game pass that you can play as part of your subscribtion for free so why are you going
to buy them ? Also spend 10 minutes filling out the boxes on the support page only for it to have a message "Something has gone wrong can't complete". I have never been able to submit a request once. Anyone else having these issues at all

Hi XBF BRAD A, Unfortunately you often don't have the time for it to right itself on the weekly quests and also the the way you have said to flag up with the form is exactly what i have been doing too many times to remember and not once has the form gone
through. Always gotten the "something gone wrong" message and getting through to a human being on the chat has no options for rewards stuff. Thanks for taking the time to reply. stay safe

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Microsoft Rewards. I recommend logging into your Microsoft
Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.

Game Pass and Gold Quests are handled separately from that program. Your best option is to contact support and notify them of an issue with the tracking of the rewards. I had to do this at one point and they were able to correct the issue via chat support.

I've done all this and being passed the buck and becoming annouying and even ......... Stupid I was told by one of the ambassadors to post it on ere what a ........... Joke

There was an update recently and anyone under 18 can no longer earn Rewards through Game Pass Quests. If you're over 18, you'll want to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
