    How to link xbox account with rewards

    I have purchaced several games on th x box console while under my account since signing up for xbox rewards and I am still showing 0 rewards. Am I not suppose to buy games from the console to get rewards?

    bought cuphead for Xbox one. i bought an Xbox one x and backed up my settings, games on my 2TB external hard drive just like the help page said to all my other games work fine except cuphead. it says to either put in the game disk or purchase it from the
    Microsoft Store. Has anyone else run into this problem? help please and thank you.

    You would only get the points for a purchase during the promotional period, unfortunately.

    Achievements

    You can get achievements for both devices, they would show on the windows 10 xbox app. I am sure that its likely to be device specific, some play anywhere games may show on the same game ie cuphead, you may unlock one on xbox and another one on pc yet
    they would both show up regardless on the game achievements

    Were these rewards from the Xbox Rewards Program? If so, these rewards can take some time to actually show up. The Rewards system tends to run about a month behind.

    You are in one showing a message from Xbox that's on the Thursday, and then you show a rewards credit added to your account, but that's not the same as the Xbox gift, all rewards balance appears as refunds, that's normal
