Rewards from game pass

Hello, support sent me here.

Over a month ago I had gamer pass, and it said if I played 3 games I'd get an ultimate gift. I was told to wait until the end of the month, then told to wait until the 15th. Now I still haven't received a message about the gift. Any help would be appreciated.

i haven't received my Xbox Live Rewards & Game Pass Quest Rewards

i still haven't received my rewards for completing the Live Quest Rewards & Game Pass Quest Rewards from December & January Quest rewards yet & today is March 1st

That was actually a dashboard promotion and not a Rewards program offer. So you would need to post in the Sales and Promotions forum for assistance.

Support told me to keep it here and give it up to 2-3 days.. so I guess I'll wait. This is frustrating..

Phone and chat support do not handle promotions or the forums so they are known for giving incorrect information. If you mention the word "rewards" for any type of promotion they automatically assume you mean the rewards program and send you here. However,
rewards support cannot assist with dashboard promotions as those are separate. The offer you're referring to was part of Xbox Quests. You would need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance with that offer.

Just to confirm, this is about auto-redeeming your Microsoft Rewards for Game Pass subscription, correct?

I believe that the game pass offer is no longer available from the list of rewards to redeem. That most likely the reason why there's no option for auto-redeem.

yes, you can obtain the rewards points from completing the Game pass Quests and the quest for Game pass Ultimate members, you will not how ever obtain rewards points for purchasing the subscription itself.

You already get reward points for unlocking achievements, You get 50 reward points a day for unlocking an achievement. You also unlock reward points for unlocking achievements in game pass games if you have game pass, as well as playing game pass games, and PC games from the Microsoft Store too. You can also unlock points by doing certain activities in games as well.

The Rewards program rotates out some cards every now and then. They usually return though.

The Rewards programme has not rotated the Xbox Live Gold pass nor the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, both of which are useless when one does not have an Xbox. This is discrimination against PC gamers, which is appalling from Microsoft!

In addition, I recently used rewards points for an Xbox Live Gold pass, thinking naively that it could extend my Xbox Game Pass for PC. It didn't but created a useless additional pass that I cannot use.

I asked the Microsoft Rewards support team to cancel the pass and reverse the Rewards points redemption. Of course, they did not do it – and cannot be bothered to provide any feedback. Appalling customer service from Microsoft.

Depends on whether you own the games or you downloaded them from Game Pass as it is a Game pass activity. It can take time to update the points. You can also report any issues via the rewards site https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/?refd=account.microsoft.com
scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a link "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support"
