    Headset will not assign properly?

    Hi, I have a wireless 420x turtle beach headset and for a few months now it has popped up that my headset is assigned, and I can hear the game and whatever I'm doing but my party chat does not work. Nothing anyone says shows up and I can't speak as well.
    The only way I can get it to work is if I assign my headset to a guest and then back to me. My gamechat also does not work at all for me. This has gotten to be really annoying and I'm hoping that someone can help me, thanks.

    You were not selected for that offer. That token was not assigned to your account, and that offer was assigned to another gamertag. Therefore, your purchase was only rewarded the default 30,000.

    We do not see any code tokens for any recent offers assigned to your account. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards related offers, you would have to contact their support for more assistance. Xbox Live Rewards and Microsoft Rewards are separate programs.

    check your avatar prop menu..some rewards are just assigned to your download queue instead of a code so you might already have it

    Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
    Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
    into Microsoft Rewards Points.
