    My Reward points didn't store after I renewed my gold membership

    as title. I joined reward program 22 Sept and renewed gold membership on 26 Sept. But up to now I still haven't got the points yet.

    Hello LittleOx82,

    As mentioned in your previous posts, such as at (havent received rewards), you did not receive payback on your purchases
    since you are not at least a one star MyVIP. The only way to earn Credits is either through the completion of offers, located on the MyMissions page, or from MyVIP for general, non-offer purchases. Since your purchases did not fulfill any offers, they did
    not get rewarded via offer completion. Since you are a zero star MyVIP, you did not get rewarded via MyVIP payback.

    The forum you posted in is the Reward Program Discussion forum. It is not monitored by the staff. If you have not already, you need to re-post your topic but change the Forum Type to "Support" then they will be able to assist you.

    Once you do that, keep in mind it takes 1-2 business days for the staff to reply and they only work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. They do not work weekends.

    Keep in mind that MyVip spending progress is reset every year. It was previously Sept. 2014 to Sept. 2015, but from instead of Sept 2015 to Sept 2016 they extended it to December 31st 2016 so that the NEW reset dates are January 1st to December 31st.
