Rewards for pre orders and purchases not been applied

hi.

I pre ordered Fifa 17 and Battlefield 1 at the time when the rewards Web site said we would get rewards towards our stars with a pre order on the store however I have not received these points and consequently I have not reached my first star. please can
you look into this please?

Points on purchases

Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Furthermore, since we can only Reward a purchase once, your purchases of Mafia and Titanfall would not be eligible for payback since they have already been applied to the Games
on Demand punchcard.

We have offers for both physical and digital pre-orders in Games on Demand and the MicrosoftStore.com offer. However, we can only reward offers for purchases made during that offer.

Pre-order Bonus Confusion

I have been told that pre-order bonus do not count as rewards credits. SO if I purchase 2 pre-orders out of 3 in a b onus period, I get no rewards ds credit for that, ever. That doesn't make sense. That penalizes someone who pre-orders games. Please
explain.

I can confirm that you received VIP progress for those purchases. You need € 300 in order to reach MyVIP star rank 1. Your most recent purchase on November 12th has not yet been processed, so you have not yet hit this amount. Purchases can take up to 96
hours to be processed.

Pre-orders have not been a part of MyVIP Rewarding since the introduction of the program in September 2014. The only way to earn Credits for pre-order purchases is through different variations of pre-order offers we have done, with the most consistent of
those offers being the Games on Demand digital pre-order offer.

We do not see a pre-order purchase on January 6th. Both Watch Dogs 2 and Mad Max were not in pre-order state at that time. Furthermore, we see that you have been purchasing in USD. Since you are a German Rewards member, we can only Reward purchases made
in Euro, which is why your purchase on February 1st did not award a punch.

Since your other pre-orders were made before the offer had been created, they were not eligible for this offer. Only purchases during the offer period are eligible for the offer, as stated in the FAQ:
