    Hello XBox Live Rewards,

    It would be very unfair for me not to receive the rewards related to Phases 3 and 4 of the offer: "Rewards Xbox University", because you counted wrong and out of time my reward for Phase 2. only recently corrected the error. And since Phases 3 and 4 depend
    on the completion of Phase 2, I could only do them successfully. I hope this does not detract from my rewards from these phases, because the mistake was yours.

    Thank you for your attention and please do not disappoint me.

    Only 8 days left to finish the mission, "Reward History: offer history repeats itself," and I'm afraid you will not update my rewards. Phase 1, "Return once more" and Phase 3, "Play with the old and the new", is not up to date. Please could you please correct

    Apologies for the confusion. It appears that you misunderstood our response on your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/d919b5ba-4edd-4bc2-8874-bc72dc6d7974).
    Your actions will be awarded, as long as they are completed within the offer period. However, since it takes us 96 hours to process new activity, you could complete your achievements on August 31st, but not be awarded until four days afterward. However, once
    awarded, the rest of your Rewards should fall into place as expected.

    Therefore, while you can complete activity within the offer period, you may not be awarded until after the offer period. Even though the Reward will occur after the offer period, since you completed your actions within the offer period, you will receive
    your full Reward.

    FREEdom Rewards is not a featured monthly mission.

    for completing all of the steps).

    For example, offers like Dr. Rewards in January or last month's Pandemic Rewards are monthly offers. Since you have not had 6 completions of these featured missions, you have not completed this MyChallenge.
