    Hello Mr MAB,

    Since your purchases went towards our VIP Boost offer that ran last month, they did not also award payback. Usually, purchases do not award payback and offers. However, that offer was unique in that it did not payout in Credits. We are currently working
    on a hotfix for this. Apologies for the inconvenience. We'll update this thread once we have confirmation of a successful payout.

    The promotion was when Xbox Live Rewards first started. It was the 800 Point Sign-up promo from February. I joined February 5th.
