Discus and support Rewards for consoles purchased and live renewal in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I was just wondering if I should have rexieved rewards for purchasing my consoles and renewing my gold membership for 1 year.     Rewards for consoles purchased and live renewal


    I was just wondering if I should have rexieved rewards for purchasing my consoles and renewing my gold membership for 1 year. I never received credits for my referral from a friend either.

    Not receiving proper rewards

    Hello BongsForLife,

    As of July 2014 we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. We are currently awarding Credits for achievements made in games purchased for the Robo Rewards offer.

    last year i purchased 12 month gold and before that signed up for xbox live rewards and got 200 microsoft points for the renewal this year i renewed my 12 months and got no 200 microsoft points could someone please help me

    Hello OG AWSOMESAUCE,

    We only recently sent out an offer for select members to upgrade to an Xbox One S. However, we do not see any purchase off the MicrosoftStore.com for a console, so if you purchased from a physical location it did not qualify.

    As of July 2014 we do no award Credits for Xbox Live Renewal.

    We see you received Credits for your one completed referral to Gold in January.

    Hello Darth Vita,

    We do not see a purchase of a console off of MicrosoftStore.com. That offer only applies to purchases made from MicrosoftStore.com, and not for console purchases made from physical (brick and mortar) stores. As Smwutches says, we no longer Reward Credits
    for Xbox Live Gold renewals as of July 2014.

    Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
    member.

    In addition to everything the Smwutches said, it is important to also keep in mind that renewing xbox live is no longer eligible for rewards and purchasing subscriptions is not eligible for MyVip.
