Discus and support Rewards for April not showing up on account yet. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I am not seeing any kind of 5 star Gold Rewards for April.     Rewards for April not showing up on account yet.


    I am not seeing any kind of 5 star Gold Rewards for April. Typically they are already in my account by this time the following month.

    Not receiving credits

    hi there, my April spending does not appear to have been credited to my rewards, only showing 250 credits for the survey but not for my purchases in April, can you check this please.

    Rewards for April not showing up on account yet.

    There is currently a delay with April's rebate as they fix another issue.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. Once we can
    confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.

    The credits should show as pending in your rewards account. If you redeemed them before April 1, they should be deposited into your account for use on April 12.

    Question regarding "MyAchievements – 2% Marketplace Rebate" for purchases in April.

    Why do people post just to say post in the Rewards section? We can still answer...or at least try. Especially being an ambassador. Now, my rebate points have been showing up on the last day of the month. For example: Aprils purchases showed up pending on
    April 30th, and Mays purchases showed up pending on May 31st.

    If I remember correctly, it'll show up at the end of this month. April's Punchcard rewards were sent out at the end of May I believe.
