    xbl rewards program failure

    Hello Intruder2784,

    We do not see a post for this gamertag on this forum. Keep in mind that the only place to receive support for the Xbox Live Rewards program is the Xbox Live Rewards Questions forum with a "Support" post type.

    The December offer (A Rewards Story) required the completion of all three chapters in order to receive Credits. You completed "Past" (Halo 5) and "Present" (Maze Runner, Bad Moms, Warcraft, etc.) but since you did not complete the "Future" chapter, you did
    not complete the offer, and therefore did not receive offer completion Credits.

    xbl rewards program failure

    back in early to mid January i had a concern about the xbl rewards credits not showing under my profile after having completed all requirements for december 2016s promotions. February 14 and im still getting the run around with no answers and certainly no
    results. when asked about my customer service experiences with xbl THIS will be the example i share with friends and fellow gamers. in comparison i can say sony treats clients better and based on their responsiveness and ability to act in a reasonable time
    frame i will recommend them over xbl. full stop.

    I understand you need assistance with your Rewards points. Just a friendly reminder, there is a dedicated Team who handles Rewards concerns and inquiries so I highly recommend submitting a ticket to them through this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequ.... Once you submitted your ticket, you'll receive a response email within 24 hours but if you do not receive a response in your email inbox within 24 hours, please check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folders.

    Keep in mind Ultimate would be emailed to you as a code. It's not automatically added to your account. If you haven't received the code, you can check your order history on the Reward program's redemption page and it'll either give you the option to resend
    the code or it may have the code listed there. If it shows neither, you'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards support.


    Also keep in mind, since you now have an overdue balance, you will not be able to use the code until you pay off the overdue balance.
