    Xbox rewards says im an overlord

    I was checking my email and Xbox Rewards says I'm an overlord and for having 100k Gamerscore they are sending me 5000 Microsoft points to spend, that's pretty awesome of them.Does anyone else use the Rewards site?

    Hello Kittsie,

    We see that your gamertags have the same email address. You can change the contact settings by clicking on Xbox Settings>Contact Preferences through your profile on Xbox.com. Your profile can be accessed by click on your avatar in the upper right corner.

    Microsoft rewards

    Hello, so take the email with the code for the reward and redeem it on your xbox console. The emails will always go to the email address associated with the rewards program and not the email attached to the console.

    I'm not having an issue sending emails to the rewards department. I'm on my 25th email to the rewards department.

    I having an issue with the rewards department understanding my issue So that it can be fixed.

    Or getting them to respond back to a email.

    Rewards department has not been properly trained. 😑

    You will get an email with redemption codes if it is a digital reward. If it is a physical reward the email will have a link to fill out your shipping information.

    As stated in your email and on the Rewards page, Australia was migrated out of the Rewards program to Microsoft Rewards. Australia is not an eligible Rewards region.

    We do not see any code tokens for any recent offers assigned to your account. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards related offers, you would have to contact their support for more assistance. Xbox Live Rewards and Microsoft Rewards are separate programs.
