Rewards email versus website totals

The website says I have 0 credits but the email I just received states: Earned last month: 2,000 credits Deposited last month: 5,200 credits confused where the credits have gone!

The rewards system on Xbox Live and the Microsoft website

Hi,

I do the rewards via both the Xbox and the Microsoft website, but the totals don’t seem to be added together. Only the rewards on the Microsoft website give a running total, and they are the only ones I can see.

Could you please inform me as to wether these actually do get combined ?

Fake email and forgotten password

(Refering to my other account) since i cant log on with the website but i used a invalid email i was attempting to put in my moms email but i *** up so i cant use smartglass i cant connect with bungie i cant use XBL Rewards i really cant do much and im NOT
starting over! Ive put in over 1 month total gametime into my account i could really use some help!

Hello tankgrrlz,

The 0 Credits is your current pending (un-deposited) Credit amount. Since you had all your pending Credits deposited last month, as you show, then there are 0 Credits left pending. For reference, a complete log of all Credit activity can be found on your
MyStatement on the MyRewards page. If you sort/view that section for the last 3 months, you will see this deposit was made up of your January MyVIP (1200), February MyVIP (2000), June MyVIP (2000; as stated in your post). 1200 + 2000 + 2000 = 5200. These
Credits were deposited into your Microsoft Account currency, which you can review from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). They will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are
adding funds to your account.

You may wish to keep in mind for future reference that our program will automatically schedule a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits, so if you reach 5000 Credits in the future, they will be automatically deposited.

I suppose it just seems more logical to reward someone for doing well, versus rewarding someone for struggling.

Hi,

since the Rewards app has no offers anymore and the Rewards system had changed I guess you redeemed the points at the website.

If you have already checked the spam folder of your email provider you have to contact the Rewards support.

You'll find the link at the bottom of the Rewards website.

the Microsoft Store website was never updated to include that offer, but it is listed on the Rewards program website and has been emailed to members a couple of times.
