    Hello,

    I would simply like an answer on when the winners will be announced for the draws that ended on February 27th, 2018?

    It clearly states on the email confirmation I got months ago that winners will be posted to the website. However, it is now April the 3rd and the website still says "Results Pending".

    Why is this? And when will the winners be announced.

    Octobers Game Pass Rewards, FAIL

    Never received my reward for Octobers Game pass competition. Who do I need to contact to sort this mess out. Feel cheated as there's no way I would have been entered in the main prize draw.

    If you're a winner of a sweepstakes you should receive an email within a week of the drawing taking place. If you don't receive anything, then you didn't win. A list of winners is usually posted at https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/winners about
    1 month after a drawing happens.

    Winners are emailed within 1 week of the drawing. So you'd want to keep an eye on your email to see if you win. A list of winners is posted about a month after the drawing. You would find the sweepstakes at https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/winners and
    the list would be attached to the specific sweepstakes once it's posted.

    Just wondering about the current sweepstakes draw for the xbox sires s, says on the website the draw will end on the 30/6/23, but has been a few days since then and hasn't updated?

    Oh, I see. So this is through Microsoft rewards. I believe they have a set date for the announcement on the winners for this. But the draw has already ended. I would suggest just to wait for an update for the announcement on the winners as it will just be updated in time. Most of the time they will announce winners within 7 days after the last draw date.
