Rewards dosen't work on my Series S

Hi, on my xbox series S the reward app doesn't work any more, it ask me to change locale.

I've tried to reinstall it but doesn't work. Also, the Xbox Game Pass mission rewards doesn't work, I can't activate it nor on the console, nor on the phone.

How i can resolve it?

Sorry to hear about your issue. Kindly make sure your console is set to a region where MS rewards is supported. You can refer to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/micro....

Once confirmed, turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

The quest still dosen't work for me. All other microsoft reward quests work. Going to give it another day before I uninstall it.

Update

The mixer quest is now working for me. I didn't uninstall the rewards app or reset my console so hopefully it works for everyone now.
