From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

We see that this offer has completed and the Credits are pending in your account. In the future, please keep in mind that it takes us 96 hours to receive and process new activity.

xbl reward free ride don't work

last month,the Free Ride worked well,but this month only counted 1 game the 5 hours played(ROBLOX). Already the paladins 1 day and the crossout for over 12 hours,has not yet counted the hours

Hello DARK STAR X74,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience.

As stated in both posts, since your purchase of Battlefield™ 1 Ultimate Edition occurred on October 12th, a month after the offer for that game in the first week for September, it did not qualify for any Rewards Credits as it was not made within the offer
period.

We have determined an issue with the January survey, and our platform team is creating a fix. User accounts should be updated to display the survey event by the end of next week.

Since that is not a rewards program issue, rewards support would not be able to assist. Trials don't change your account status to gold and some of them will only work for the game they came with. They won't work with all game modes.
