    Rewards didn't deposit due to billing information error


    I have some reward points pending in my account but it didn't deposit due to some error. Please fix my account or transfer it to my new account whose gamer tag is "AKM2OO9". Please help

    Please check your account information so we can make a deposit. This is the error message I get. Both my profile and billing info are set in Canada....no idea why it causes this error to deposit my rewards.

    Hello ViaticEran king,

    We are receiving Israeli billing information for your account. Since we use this information to perform deposits of Rewards Credits as currency, you cannot join the program. Israel is not a Rewards program region.

    Since the Rewards site shows the deposit and the billing site shows the deposit, Rewards support would no longer be able to assist. You would need to continue working with billing.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account. This is causing the deposit
    to be directed toward the incorrect billing information. When this information does not match your Rewards Account, the deposit fails. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when
    this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this
    issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Cannot request a deposit, billing information error

    Hello Er Buggato,

    Due to your spending in multiple regional currencies, our deposit failed because at the time we attempted our deposit, your Rewards Account region was set to Italy, and your Microsoft Account was using HUF, the regional currency of Hungary. Since we cannnot
    deposit Euro into a Hungarian account, the deposit failed. In order to make sure your deposit completes successfully, you will have to keep your Microsoft Account and Rewards account regions in the same location.
