    My progress at live rewards was totaly deleted. my gametag is . what can I do?

    Hello DDXDB,

    Since you are registered as a US Rewards member, only purchases made off the Xbox store in USD are eligible for Rewards. If you opt-out of the Rewards program, you delete this Rewards account, so all the Credits and Gems associated with the account will
    be deleted. However, we will be able to recover any pending, un-deposited Credits to any new Rewards Account. Since achievements are saved to your Xbox profile and not a Rewards Account, they will not be deleted.

    As you request, we will leave this thread unlocked, but cannot guarantee a prompt response. Older threads can be buried very quickly in periods of high traffic, causing users to mistakenly think they are deleted.

    I have the same issue. Everything is gone even though I just received an email stating I earned rewards last month.

    Ich habe auch meinen Fortschritt verloren und jetzt steht wieder da das ein neues Reward Konto erstellt wird

    I'm joining in on the 'fun'. Contacted chat support whos sent me to xbox support on twitter and they sent me here. Same issue. Guess we will have to wait and check back later Rewards deleted :(

    I noticed that I haven't point for buying game on xbox store, no points for xbox gold.

    usually never check but i bought this week the xbox one s and wanted to see if live rewards was correct.
