    I have not recieved my reward credits for the Christmas offer a rewards story despite now owning rise of the tomb raider forza fallout 4 and it's season pass and having preordered halo wars 2 also the new offer for preordering games does not register that
    I have preordered halo wars 2 please may I have this issue resolved thanks

    Missing credits

    Hi, I redeemed reward credits with my gems on Xbox Live rewards but not recieved the credits, They are not pending, I tweeted Xbox live rewards on twitter and they sent me here.

    Spent 500 MyVIP gems for 10,000 credits, has been 96 hours and haven't received $10

    Support here will double check, but rewards credits would not be sent via Live message. They would show as pending your rewards account until they are deposited.

    Unable to redeem x1s console upgrade promotion

    The 50,000 credit offer was only sent out to select Rewards members. If you were not a Rewards member, you would not have been sent the offer (that was the only requirement). The promo code itself is only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is
    not required for the offer.

    If you did sign up for the program and then bought the console, you could still be eligible for the 30,000 rewards credits though.

    Rewards Credits are not sent via email. The only thing you would have missed is your Rewards statements, which is just a monthly snapshot of what is shown on your MyRewards page.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If there are any specific offers you're looking for credits from, it would help to post those.

    Data like gamerpic are sent from the Xbox servers and can sometime get delayed or even not update. It does not effect your ability to earn credits.
