Rewards credits not redeeming

Discus and support Rewards credits not redeeming in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; My xbox live rewards credits are not being added to my account.     Rewards credits not redeeming


    My xbox live rewards credits are not being added to my account. According to the rewards page my region is set to singapore but this is not the case. Is there a way to fix this?

    Xbox live rewards credits not depositing into microsoft account.

    I have 36,600 rewards credits accumulated since April. There seems to be no way of redeeming them and they don't seem to be redeeming automatically.

    Xbox Rewards Promotion

    The rewards program does not award credits for anything done before joining. also, redeeming codes for games does not qualify as a purchase, so Halo 5 would not count towards that offer.

    Rewards credits not redeeming

    Hello serpentson,

    The region displayed at the bottom of your MyRewards page is your Microsoft Account region. Since you have a British Rewards Account, you will have to set your Microsoft Account region to match. You can change your Microsoft Account region from the commerce
    page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you're asking about the credits you redeemed, credits are deposited into your account for use by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at
    least 5,000 credits pending. The credits you redeemed would be scheduled for deposit on March 29.

    If it was Microsoft Rewards points you redeemed for Xbox gift cards, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is separate.

    If it was VIP gems you redeemed, Rewards support will check on them here for you. If they were gift cards they would have been emailed to you. If they were for rewards credits, the credits would show as pending in on the Xbox Rewards site, but the credits
    would not be deposited into your account for use until the 29th.

    Hello Rdeal,

    You cannot redeem Rewards Credits from the vault. If you are asking about a deposit of your Rewards Credits, since you are beneath 1000 Credits, you cannot yet request a deposit.

    Haven't received reward points :-(

    Rewards credits are not emailed. They show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeem them.
