Rewards credit for purchasing a deal

So after recI purchased an Xbox One S Battlefield™ 1 Bundle (500GB) - (http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/consoles/battlefield-1-500gb-se/blue)

On the 28th October after I received an email from microsoft saying:

I entered the code at checkout which worked as I received a -£10 discount due to the free delivery.

The xbox was dispatched on the 31st October. It states that the rewards credits should be deposited into my account within 15 days of dispatch. (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq - see under Miicrosoft Store Xbox One
S Offer)

I still have not received any credits.

Gamerscore is not the same as Rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases. In order to receive rewards credits, you need to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.

Unfortunately you need to purchase the games through the xbox store, so if you purchases through Gamestop, then it won't count

Take from the Rewards page:
