Hi JamsterJames. Unfortunately, we are unable to force deposits into your Microsoft account. We will continue to attempt a deposit to your account. Sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for your patience.

There were deposits scheduled for both. Credits earned before June 1st would have been scheduled to deposit around the 15th. Credits earned after the 1st would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

I have points in Microsoft Rewards almost enough to buy a $1.25 gift card from microsoft

You cant redeem 1.25 dollars you CAN only redeem a MINIMUN OF 15 dollars worth of ms rewards you have to collect 15 dollars of rewards points before you can cash out

Early deposits only lets you cash out before the next deposit date which is 14 days later

It DOES not affect the mimimun cash out

You really should.read the ms rewards terma.and conditions

    — Will my Rewards Credits expire?

    A. While Rewards Credits do not expire, the funds that we deposit do, so be sure to use it! Once Rewards Credits have been converted to your country’s local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account, the cash value will expire within 365 days upon
deposit. To view expiring deposits in your Microsoft account, go to the Billing and Account Management page. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
