Rewards cash not depositing

Discus and support Rewards cash not depositing in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I was told my rewards points would be converted into cash on the 15th of june when I ordered on May 28th, it is the 15th and I still haven't recieved...     Rewards cash not depositing


    I was told my rewards points would be converted into cash on the 15th of june when I ordered on May 28th, it is the 15th and I still haven't recieved the money

    The FAQ actually said by the end of June not the 15th of June..

    There were deposits scheduled for both. Credits earned before June 1st would have been scheduled to deposit around the 15th. Credits earned after the 1st would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

    The FAQ actually said by the end of June not the 15th of June..
    There were deposits scheduled for both. Credits earned before June 1st would have been scheduled to deposit around the 15th. Credits earned after the 1st would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

    I have points in Microsoft Rewards almost enough to buy a $1.25 gift card from microsoft

    You cant redeem 1.25 dollars you CAN only redeem a MINIMUN OF 15 dollars worth of ms rewards you have to collect 15 dollars of rewards points before you can cash out

    Early deposits only lets you cash out before the next deposit date which is 14 days later

    It DOES not affect the mimimun cash out

    You really should.read the ms rewards terma.and conditions
