Rewards balance

Xbox/Microsoft currency redeemed from the rewards program are automatically deposited into the accounts balance. They do not provide a separate code. Check the account balance of the account that redeemed the rewards points.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). We see
that you are very close to this first star. Once you reach it, you will begin to receive a monthly payback for your eligible non-offer purchases. Since one of your recent purchases was a pre-order, it was not eligible for MyVIP payback. However, it was a qualifying
purchase for the Games on Demand offer.

At 5000 or more pending Credits you are automatically scheduled for a deposit. Your recently pending Credits were deposited as a part of the mid-April deposit cycle, which occurred on the 12th. You can review this deposit and Credit activity from your MyStatement
on the MyRewards page, and view the deposit as currency into your Microsoft Account from the commerce page at (https://www.commerce.microsoft.com/). They will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

What offers are you looking for credits from?

You can add as many gift cards to your account balance as you want & then use that balance to buy the game you want.

If you are using Microsoft Rewards then it should just add the amount to your account balance automatically so,for example,you redeem enough rewards for a £10/$10 gift card the that £10/$10 will then be added to your account balance.
