    rewards balance not showing


    hi rewards support team,

    I have accumulated £75 worth of purchases from the xbox store since my last rewards deposit (10-1-18) & it has been more than 96hrs since my most recent purchase (23-2-18) yet my rewards points balance is showing absolute zero, please help as it's getting
    towards the end of the month & I'm starting to worry that I'm not going to be rewarded for my loyalty & expenditures.

    Didn't get 6,000 bonus rewards

    Adding: This is unrelated to the current bug that is showing a 0 balance on accounts. The reward was not there yesterday either.

    Issue with my account

    I received a rewards email showing my rewards balance, news, etc. At the top of the email, it said there was an issue with my account and to contact the support forums.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Error when redeeming, MyVIP Gems, but still wiped out my MyVIP Gems balance

    Rewards Credits showed up in my balance. Consider this matter closed.

    You are in one showing a message from Xbox that's on the Thursday, and then you show a rewards credit added to your account, but that's not the same as the Xbox gift, all rewards balance appears as refunds, that's normal

    Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

    That's it! Shows as a credit in my gift card balance, not as Microsoft Reward points. Perfect. thank you!
