Rewards balance not showing/adding points accumulated prior to 11/01/2017.

Hello,

For some reason, my Rewards balance is only showing me - and the customer support agents I've contacted - the points I've earned since November 2017 -- which is 352 points.

Any points earned prior to that date aren't showing or haven't been added up to my balance. Why?

It is not reflecting the total amount I assume there should be, considering I have spent over 320$ in the Microsoft Store just this past year and as a Gold subscriber which means 20 points per dollar, correct?.

Also keeping in mind I have not redeemed or used any of the points since the Rewards program initially started.

Didn't get 6,000 bonus rewards

Adding: This is unrelated to the current bug that is showing a 0 balance on accounts. The reward was not there yesterday either.

hi rewards support team,

I have accumulated £75 worth of purchases from the xbox store since my last rewards deposit (10-1-18) & it has been more than 96hrs since my most recent purchase (23-2-18) yet my rewards points balance is showing absolute zero, please help as it's getting
towards the end of the month & I'm starting to worry that I'm not going to be rewarded for my loyalty & expenditures.

To add, these purchases made on the digital Xbox Store in the last year were newly released Games, Movies and TV Shows at the time.

It sounds as though you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. For assistance with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

We see that you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. As was stated in November in both your emails and on the Xbox Live Rewards site, your region was migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards
program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

Points from the Xbox Live Reward Program will only be added every time you accumulate 100 or more points. If you don't amass enough points they'll be pending to your Xbox Live Reward account until you gain enough points (which are then added on the 1st or
15th of the month you accumulated the required amount of points).
