Rewards auto redeem game pass

Just to confirm, this is about auto-redeeming your Microsoft Rewards for Game Pass subscription, correct?

I believe that the game pass offer is no longer available from the list of rewards to redeem. That most likely the reason why there's no option for auto-redeem.

I mean that it is on auto redeem for a free month using points. When you go to Microsoft Rewards on the Xbox and click redeem, it gives you an option to auto redeem the the Ultimate game pass for 10,500 points

Wait but why there’s the auto redeem option on rewards? I have my credit card on file! I’m just trying to switch my auto redeem from the 10$ gift card to the GAME PASS ULTIMATE that’s all!

Based on the description, your Microsoft Rewards points automatically redeem to an Xbox subscription when you have enough points. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.

There is an Auto Redeem option which is available to Microsoft Rewards members in selected countries. If you have Rewards app on your Xbox One console and sign up in Auto Redeem section of the app, then this could be the reason why your Rewards points automatically redeem an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Auto redeem will not work if you have insufficient points and it will automatically process if points are enough to redeem for Xbox Game Pass subscription. You can cancel it if you have enabled Auto Redeem in Rewards app Auto Redeem section.

I have been trying every day all month and I can't sign up for auto redeem $10 gift card in Microsoft rewards. Same error every time. I am signed up for and received the monthly game pass auto redeem.
