Rewards aren't showing up for MyVIP?

Discus and support Rewards aren't showing up for MyVIP? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've bought about $300 in games (give or take a few $) in the past 4 months but only one purchase shows up on MyVIP page.     Rewards aren't showing up for MyVIP?


    I've bought about $300 in games (give or take a few $) in the past 4 months but only one purchase shows up on MyVIP page. Why ?

    Whats going on?

    I've been a rewards member for years since 2013. Why aren't my xbox purchases and live renewals showing up in my account?

    XBOX Rewards help please

    Points can take three days to show up on your account, so don't worry if they aren't showing up straight away.

    Also for support with the Rewards programs you'll need to post here 14 - Using Xbox LIVE Rewards.

    Rewards aren't showing up for MyVIP?

    Support will double check it, but make sure you're checking your rebates on your statement on the MyRewards section of the site, not the MyVIP page. VIP rebates would be listed as credits earned on the last day of the month they are for.

    two purchases not showing up on MyVIP rewards

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

    Hello TOXIC2theHEAD,

    From the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?

    You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
    this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    Your 556 Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards Points when you are fully transitioned into Microsoft Rewards.
