    Rewards Anniversary Points


    Hi,

    I do not sign on as oftern anymore, but I do like to follow from time to time. I noticed that I received a 5 year reward of 300 points, but it said 'expired" and I do not see them being rewarded. Could I just receive them and receive an email to let me know
    that they were rewarded?

    10th anniversary vip reward

    I got that badge as well. The only email I got about the 10th Anniversary, was the stats email - no avatar rewards, no points or anything else, so don't worry yourself about it.

    I never receive any Rewards for my purchases on the Microsoft store from my Xbox

    I have not been getting my Xbox Live Rewards for the games I have bought from the Microsoft store from my Xbox. The only Rewards I have received is from the survey. I even got 200 Rewards points for the anniversary of being a member of the Xbox live rewards.
    But the 200 points was never added. SOMETHING is not working properly. Please fix this problem. I have only bought my games from the Microsoft store When I'm on my Xbox.

    What are MyVIP Perks?



    MyVIP Perks are a new way we’re rewarding our members for special milestones or occasions. These include but are not limited to your birthday or anniversary with Xbox Live Rewards, reaching a new MyAchievements tier, increasing your Gamerscore, or completing
    a new MyChallenge. Please note this is just the initial round of perks we’ll have available for our members, as we’ll be adding even more in the future.


    Sometimes a MyVIP Perk will be a special offer just for you, and sometimes it will be a special Reward, like MyVIP Gems. But the most important thing about MyVIP Perks is you must claim them on the MyRewards page within 60 days or they will expire. We’ll
    send an email to let you know you have a perk waiting for you, plus put a special alert on the MyRewards page, so make sure to either check your email or the site often!

    You can read more about MyVIP Perks in our Terms and Conditions.



    Since you did not claim this perk within the 60 day period, it has expired, since your anniversary was in October.

    10th anniversary vip reward

    I got that badge as well. The only email I got about the 10th Anniversary, was the stats email - no avatar rewards, no points or anything else, so don't worry yourself about it.

    There are no rewards given for tenure.
    M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
    you check that again for me .

    The only offer related to your tenure in the program is the anniversary perk for Gems. Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to have a 10 year anniversary reward.

    Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to Reward them for events that took place before they existed. Your first eligible anniversary gems will happen on your anniversary in April.
