Discus and support Rewards and Refubd in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I call in regards to my last rewards deposit that i didnt get and i am places on hold simply to take my problem to the forums and to tweet?     I call in regards to my last rewards deposit that i didnt get and i am places on hold simply to take my problem to the forums and to tweet? Really tweet? the rewards program waa great and personally a incentive to buy digital products. I also asked about
    a refund for a full priced preview game that only came with the one act of the game and was denied. First time in seven years i feel let down by Xbox. i hope this isnt a trend going forward, Im concerned as a someone who has investsd a lot of time and money
    into Xbox.

    Downloading The new black ops 2 maps

    I've never heard of that happening.. Are you sure you didn't accidentally download the Black Ops 1 maps instead? As for a refubd of points, you cannot get your points back.

    I've never heard of that happening.. Are you sure you didn't accidentally download the Black Ops 1 maps instead? As for a refubd of points, you cannot get your points back.

    Sonce irs approved you have to wait 72 hours for the refund to be issued by ms rhen 30-60days depending on where you are in the world.vs the us for.your bank to batch proccess tour refubd

    Unless you used prepaid currency whixh is instant or.paypal which is 90days based on thier policies

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.
