Just want to set your expectations that a reply from Microsoft Rewards Support may take weeks due to the high volume of tickets they receive every day.

Unfortunately, only the Enforcement Team can give you the answers you're looking for, have you gone to the Enforcement website? Also, sometimes we receive emails detailing the suspension/ban!

The Enforcement Team handles issues with the Microsoft Rewards program?

The enforcement team doesn't handle Rewards program suspensions. You would have to try contacting Rewards support through the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
